Someone Responded!

This was the first week of the new year and my mission for the next few weeks is to find a mentor. This week I messaged more people in Data Science who could do an interview. I also took a different route and put my name out in Glassdoor and also told my family friends to expand my horizons. I have messaged about ten new people and some of the people I already spoke to before. I got a response from one of the people I messaged on Sunday and hope to get an interview this week. I hope this person could and will be my mentor as he has the experience and knowledge that is useful for my topic of study and my project I have in mind.

My objective for next week is to interview the person who has messaged me, find more people to interview and are perfect candidates or people who could be a mentor and be productive and use my time wisely. I want to try to get my research assessment done early so I am not doing the assessment all of Friday. This process is very tedious but I hope the end result is what I hope it is. My ISM journey so far has been amazing, insightful, and sometimes uncomfortable but I know these are the experiences that will help in my future endowments.
