Need to be more creative!

This week was not as successful as I wanted. My objective was to get interviews with the people that have responded and find more people to interview. I emailed the people I already interviewed more about my project and emailed some new people. I was able to get responses from Mr. Green and Mr. Huang. They asked a few questions which calmed me but did not get any recommendations of any mentors from them. I also did not get any responses from people I have been talking to on LinkedIn and people I was recommended by some family friends. I also am planning to think out of the box and find professors and people from glassdoor like Mrs.Penney suggested.

My objective for next week is to just persevere and keep emailing people,be efficient and productive. Last week, I waited till the last minute to do my research assessment and I do not want to start the new year like this. In addition, I want to be working on the speech presentation a little each day to not feel overwhelmed at the last minute. This process is very tedious but I hope the end result is what I hope it is. My ISM journey so far has been amazing, insightful, and sometimes uncomfortable but I know these are the experiences that will help in my future endowments.
