This week was not as successful as I wanted. My objective was to get interviews with the people that have responded and find more people to interview. However, on the bright side, I was able to get a phone call interview with Mr. Dehane who I reached out to two weeks ago. The interview was successful and I really enjoyed talking to him. After the interview, I asked if he could be my mentor through email. I hope he is able to be my mentor because I really enjoyed talking to him and I need a mentor as quickly as possible.

My objective for next week is to just persevere and keep emailing people,be efficient and productive. My presentation is next week so I want to be as prepared as possible. Although I have a potential mentor, I am still going to find more people just in case he declined my offer because that is what I learned last time when I interviewed people. This process was very tedious but I hope the end result is what I hope it is. My ISM journey so far has been amazing, insightful, and sometimes uncomfortable but I know these are the experiences that will help in my future endowments.
