A week of presentations and learning!

My main objective for this week was to work on the research speech presentation and diligently listen to the presentations given by my classmates. My presentation is next week on 11/10 and I am nervous to present. Throughout the week, I slowly gathered all my information about data science and began to make my slides. This project made me reflect on what I have accomplished in three months and how much I learned about Data science but also getting over my fears of public speaking. Last week, one of my objectives was to be productive about this project and not wait till the last minute and I think I did a good job at being on top of my work this week. I also wanted to work on my original work every day this week. I was not able to do that but I did do 30 minutes on Monday. Although not what I wanted, I still feel like I am heading in the right direction. Next week, my objective is to ace my research speech presentation. I will do this by being confident and practicing my speech because I realized that is when I do my best. I also want to work every day on my original work for at least 30 minutes everyday. In addition,  next week, I want to choose my mentor from the people I have interviewed. I  truly feel that I am making progress in my ISM journey as a whole.
